These images are buildings and monuments I see on a daily basis. A subtle, but important shape for it's strong foundation and overlooked perfect angles. Pyramids are still standing from the BC period while more modern, intricate architectural structures have fallen.
I walk by this stump everyday. The color and shape may have been a big influence on the Obelisk Pendant.

I walk by this tall, mirrored obelisk everyday and today (2/29/16) is the first time I noticed it. It made me think, "What do I look at at this point during my walk everyday?"
